Customer care as a marketing tool
Narrated lesson · press play
Your customers almost always have a choice — another spaza shop, another phone dealer, another kapana stand down the road. So what makes them pick you, come back to you, and tell their friends about you? Very often it is not the price, but the way you treat them. In this lesson we define customer care, compare good and bad care side by side with Namibian examples, look at the responsibility an enterprise has to look after its customers, and discover how good customer care becomes one of the cheapest and most powerful marketing tools an enterprise has.
