1. Who we are

namstudy is an online study platform for Namibian NSSCO learners, operated by Digital Wave Technologies cc, trading as namstudy ("we", "us", "namstudy"). You can reach us at hello@namstudy.com.

2. Who can use namstudy

namstudy is built for school learners. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian has read and agrees to these terms before you create an account or make any payment. By creating an account you confirm that you are allowed to do so.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens on your account. Accounts are personal — do not share your login, and do not share, copy, resell or publish our lessons, notes, quizzes, past-paper content, mark schemes or revision pods.

4. What you get

• A free account unlocks the first 3 lessons of every subject.
• Full Access — N$58/month for up to 6 subjects (a promotional exam-season price; the standard price is N$88/month). Study Buddies pay N$45/month — see section 7.

A package unlocks every lesson, quiz, note set, past paper and revision pod in the subjects you choose, for one month. Packages bought under an earlier price or plan continue unchanged until they expire.

5. Payment and activation

Payment is by bank transfer or mobile wallet to our official namstudy account (shown on the upgrade page). After you pay, you send the proof of payment to us on WhatsApp and we switch on your access manually. Only ever pay into the official namstudy account — we will never ask you to pay into any other account or number.

A package covers one month and does not renew automatically. Nothing is deducted from you again unless you choose to pay for another month.

6. Refunds

Our refund position is set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Study Buddy

If you share your Study Buddy link, both you and the person who joins through it pay the discounted buddy price shown on the Study Buddy page in your dashboard — they from their first payment, you from your next payment after they have paid. Every buddy has their own account; the discount is never a shared login. We may withhold or reverse the discount where it results from abuse, fake accounts or self-referral. Balances earned under the earlier cash-reward programme remain payable as described on that page.

8. Our content and intellectual property

Our lessons, narration, notes, quizzes, revision pods, figures and software are owned by namstudy and are for your personal study only. Our lessons are built to follow the Namibian-aligned NSSCO curriculum, and we include past-paper practice to help you prepare for the National examinations.

namstudy is an independent study platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by NIED, the DNEA, or the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture. References to NIED, the NSSCO syllabus and past papers are for study and identification purposes only.

9. Changes to the service

We are always adding and improving content, so features and lessons may change. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above tells you when. If we make an important change, we will do our best to let you know.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to make namstudy accurate and helpful, but we cannot guarantee any particular exam result. namstudy is a study aid — your results depend on your own work. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
