Narrated lesson · press play
A business can have a wonderful product at a fair price in the right place, but if nobody hears about it, nobody buys it. Promotion is how a business tells customers it exists and persuades them to buy. In this lesson we meet the four types of promotion, learn the difference between informative and persuasive adverts, compare advertising media including online and e-commerce, walk through AIDA, and finish by choosing the right promotion for real Namibian situations.
