Managers keep a business running, but leaders inspire people to follow. In this lesson you will separate management from leadership, learn Fayol's five functions and Mintzberg's ten roles, and assess the main leadership styles including McGregor's Theory X and Theory Y. These are favourite AS exam topics that reward analysis and evaluation, so we go beyond definitions to judging what works best in a real Namibian workplace.
