South African occupation & the mandate over Namibia

This is our own story. In 1915 South Africa took control of Namibia, then called South West Africa, and it would rule here for 75 years. We'll see how South Africa was given Namibia as a League of Nations 'mandate', how it took land and cattle from the Namibian people, whether it ever honoured its duty to govern for their good, and how — after the Second World War — it defied the United Nations and tried to swallow Namibia up as its own.
