Narrated lesson · press play

How does a Namibian entrepreneur turn a good idea into sales? The answer is marketing — and its most famous tool, the marketing mix, the four Ps: product, price, promotion and place. In this lesson we define marketing, work through each of the four Ps with real Namibian examples, do a line-by-line cost-plus pricing calculation, learn the ethics of marketing, and finish with the strategies an enterprise can use to win and keep customers.
