Narrated lesson · press play

Have you ever sat down to think of a business idea and your mind went completely blank? Something was blocking you. In this lesson we learn what those blocks are — the four barriers to creativity (environmental, cultural, social and perceptual) — and then we learn five simple techniques (random input, problem reversal, association, the discontinuity principle and the 5WH technique) that unlock many more ideas. These are real tools you will use in your coursework idea-generation task.

What you'll learn in this lesson
