Every morning people all over Namibia get up and go to work. But why? And once they are there, what makes them work hard and well? In this lesson we first list the many reasons people work — from money to belonging to self-fulfilment. Then we meet the idea of motivation and three famous thinkers, Taylor, Maslow and Herzberg, who each explained how far work can satisfy a person's needs.
