Motivation: Financial & Non-Financial Rewards

Why do some workers give their best while others do the bare minimum? In this lesson you will learn the seven financial rewards and the many non-financial rewards a business can use, work real N$ examples of piece rate and commission, and build the AS skill of assessing which reward actually motivates in a given Namibian context. This is exactly what examiners test with 'assess' and 'evaluate' questions.

- assess the level of motivation achieved by financial or non-financial rewards for work in a specific context
