Use the iodine starch test on a series of leaves prepared under different conditions. For each leaf, predict the outcome — then run the test to check.
You will run 4 trials. Each leaf was treated differently before being placed in light. After boiling, decolorising and staining, the pattern of blue-black tells you where photosynthesis occurred.
